National Homeland Security Knowledge

PRI has teamed together with Iowa Central Community College, Homeland Security
Training Center, to bring your department the Incident Command System (ICS).

This class is an excellent compliment to the Terrorism Awareness course that is
offered through the
PRI, ICCC, and the Homeland Training Center ,  participants will
fully understand the ICS system and learn how to work together in an unified
command system which would be used in a Weapons of Mass Destruction incident or
large Haz-mat incident.  This course is recommended by The United States
Department of Justice for all first responders including Law Enforcement,
Firefighters, Ems, Emergency Management, Hospitals, Public Health, Red Cross,
Emergency Dispatchers, Salvation Army, Public Works, Schools, and Elected Officials.

All
PRI instructors are certified to teach this course.  Our Instructors will come to your
department or location to provide training.

There is not a single agency standing alone that could prevent or adequately respond
to a Weapons of Mass Destruction Incident.  Cooperatively working together and
having sound training will provide the first responders with the knowledge needed to
prevent and handle such an incident.

For information or to schedule training sessions for your department or agency,
contact Vicki Fiedler at Iowa Central Community College 1-800-362-2793 ext. 2328 or
through our PRI contact page.  Ref course info ICS.
